		<description>Interesting point Steve and one that makes a lot of sense.  To be competitive a lot of organizations claim one or more differentiating qualities.  Having a person responsible for emphasizing those qualities and keeping them consistent is a great idea that I think a lot of organizations could benefit from. Very cool!</description>
